NCB Financial Group Announces Cross-Listing of GHL Shares on The Jamaica Stock Exchange

Further to announcement made on March 9, 2021, NCB Financial Group Limited advises that its subsidiary, Guardian Holdings Limited (“GHL”), cross-listed its shares on the Jamaica Stock Exchange on May 5, 2021, using the symbol “GHL”.
