NCB Financial Group Limited (“NCBFG” or the “Company”) has announced that its invitation for subscription of 78,500,000 New Ordinary Shares, as detailed in its prospectus dated Wednesday April 17, 2024 (the “Prospectus”), closed at 4:00 p.m. on Monday June 3, 2024. In accordance with section 8 of the Prospectus, the Company has determined that the Ordinary Shares will be allocated as follows:

This pool of 785,000 shares was oversubscribed. Applications exceeding 100 ordinary shares, will be allotted the first 100 ordinary shares applied for and approximately 39.97% of the remaining amount applied for.
Applications for 100 ordinary shares will receive their full allotment.
General Public
All the applicants in this pool of 77,715,000 shares will be allotted 100.00% of the amount applied for.
Applicants whose applications were only partially accepted will be refunded the balance of their subscription monies as per the Prospectus. NCBFG will now proceed to apply for a listing of its New Ordinary Shares issued in this Additional Public Offer on the Main Market of the Jamaica Stock Exchange and on the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange.
